The Quality and Environmental Policy of AVANTE GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS Y OBRAS S. L. aims to:
- Achieve full customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations.
- Carry out its activities within a framework of environmental protection.
To this end, we adapt to their needs and provide comprehensive management of the building process, covering everything from land sales and management to the delivery of the completed project. Design is excluded from our scope, as it is provided by the clients through their architect.
Our philosophy is based on the fundamental pillars of construction: quality and environmental protection.
We aim to achieve excellence by:
- Meeting the specific needs of each client by providing the most appropriate solutions in each case.
- Avoiding any incidents and, if they occur, resolving them quickly.
- Offering professional service in every task and/or project carried out.
- Preventing pollution in all processes while promoting at all times new Passivhaus construction techniques.

This Policy must be understood and embraced by everyone, with Management being the first to adopt the described guidelines.
