Quality and Environmental Policy of AVANTE GESTIÓN DE PROYECTOS Y OBRAS S.L. aims to:
 
  • Achieve full customer satisfaction by meeting their expectations.
  • Conduct its activities within a framework of environmental protection.
To achieve this, we adapt to their needs and provide comprehensive management of the building process, covering everything from land sale and management to the delivery of the completed project. Design is not within our scope, as it is excluded, being provided by clients through their own architect.
 
Our philosophy is based on the basic pillars of construction: quality, environmental protection, and safety.

  • Avoiding any incidents and resolving them quickly if they occur.

  • Knowing, complying with, and respecting the applicable legislation for our organization, as well as any other requirements our company voluntarily subscribes to.
  • Setting objectives and goals that support our efforts toward continuous improvement, the environment of our employees, and achieving customer satisfaction with minimal environmental impact.
  • Improving waste management by prioritizing recovery operations.
  • Developing internal communication to make the policy and management objectives known to our workers, including their consultation and participation in all matters affecting occupational health and safety, and external communication to share this policy with all interested parties and collaborate with them in anything that means improvement in environmental protection actions, for our employees and the quality of our products and services.
This policy must be understood and embraced by all, with Management as the first to assume the outlined guidelines.
